Sandless Hardwood Floor Refinishing

Privacy note

Current as of January 2026

What your request hands over

A quote request carries what you typed into it: a ZIP code, the state of your floor, your name, a phone number and any description of the rooms you chose to add. The contact page adds an email address and your message. Around all of that, the web server keeps ordinary technical logs, IP address and browser signature included, whose main career is telling humans apart from bots.

Its entire career

Your details exist here to get your floor looked at: the callback, the booking of the free look, the written quote, the reply to your question. Selling them, trading them or pouring them into advertising audiences is not on that list, so it does not happen.

Who gets to read it

The planner who dials your number, the two or three people who will actually kneel on your floor, and the host whose machines keep this site lit, each carrying confidentiality duties of their own. The circle closes there.

How long it stays

For the life of your project and the bookkeeping period the tax office expects afterwards. Write to contact@sandless-hardwood-floor-refinishing.com and deletion happens sooner, without a debate.

Cookies, and that map rectangle

No advertising cookies live here. One functional session cookie can appear when the forms need it, and that is the whole cookie story. The map further up each page stays a quiet placeholder until it scrolls into view or you press its button; once loaded, everything inside its frame follows the mapmaker's privacy rules, not ours.

Seeing, fixing, erasing

You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it wiped. A single email to contact@sandless-hardwood-floor-refinishing.com triggers whichever one you name.
